MEET CAROLYN

My name is Carolyn Allen. Before becoming a board members of GEMS, I was a product of the organization in its early stages. Being a part of the organization fostered empowerment and confidence as well as self-esteem that encouraged me to reach for the stars. With a bachelors degree from University of South Florida, I currently work for a large biotech company and am gracefully, climbing the ladders of corporate America while remembering the values that GEMS instilled upon me.
